THE TEAM

Grant has over 30 years in the construction industry which has allowed him to work on renovations, new, and repair projects throughout the Lower Mainland and interior of the province. Project management and quality control were often part of the overall scope of his responsibilities on these jobs.

Over the years he has founded and owned several highly successful building inspection, restoration and construction businesses including the acquisition of Mark's Slab Jacking a division of Marx Contracting Ltd. in 2004. Mark's is well known and highly respected in their field.

Ron has over 45 years experience in both insurance and restoration. He has held positions as an inspector, an underwriter, and a manager. He founded and still owns a successful consulting and appraisal firm since 1993.

He is a Certified Residential and Commercial Marshall & Swift Instructor, past Associate with the International Society of Appraisers, holds IICRC designates, founding member of The Restoration & Replacement Network, and specializes in all facets of building insurance appraisals. He has traveled across the country on "cat" teams which come into an area after a disaster in order to assess the property damage and assist in the restoration process.
