GRANT MOLSBERRY
President

Grant has over 30 years in the construction industry that has allowed him to work on renovations, new construction, and repair projects throughout the Lower Mainland and interior of the province. Project management and quality control were often part of the overall scope of his responsibilities on these jobs.

Over the years Grant has founded and owned several highly successful building restoration and construction businesses.

Grant’s focus has always been providing the best possible customer service and having crews that are customer focused.

PAUL KOMPAUER
Senior Engineer

Paul is a Civil/Structural Engineer with extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, foundation design, foundation underpinning; consulting services related to concrete problems and repairs including crack injection, & fibre-reinforced polymer wraps; building design of commercial, industrial and residential projects; on-site investigations and report writing to evaluate new and existing construction; and consulting services related to building sciences - roofing, waterproofing, building envelope maintenance.

He founded the firm KDR Engineering Consultants Ltd. in 1980 which provides civil and structural engineering services for commercial and residential project and specializing in concrete troubleshooting & the repair of concrete, concrete mix design review, rigid pavement design, and training courses in concrete technology including the ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Certification course. Calysta Consulting is a division of this firm.

Paul is also currently a Supervising Engineer with ITL Testing Laboratories Ltd., Maple Ridge, BC and is responsible for overseeing that material test procedures conform to CSA Standards. ITL Testing Laboratories Ltd. is a Canadian Standards Association certified laboratory.

RON WILKES
Business Development Manager

With over 45 years experience in both insurance and restoration Ron has held various positions in insurance restoration. He is a Certified Residential and Commercial Marshall & Swift Associate with the International Society of Appraisers, holds IICRC designates, and is a member of The Restoration & Replacement Network. He has been on Cat Teams across this country.

Ron founded Integral Consultants in 1993. Integral is a professional building consulting company that is there to help when life, sometimes pushed by "Mother Nature" or time, delivers devastating losses through disasters such as fires, floods, and wind or just plain age and redundancy. His expertise and ability to assess, and scope a resolution for property damage, or redesign an existing structure for remedial work is paramount in finding restoration solutions.

Part of Grant's focus is ongoing training and certification in foundation underpinning, fiber reinforced polymer installation and any other certification required by our suppliers.

As the Senior Engineer with Mainland Concrete Lifters Ltd., Paul is responsible for sub-surface soil investigations, foundation underpinning design and concrete repair with fibre-reinforced polymers.

At Mainland Concrete Lifters Ltd., Ron is responsible for coordinating the sales and marketing segments of the company and is responsible for the business development growth and the maintaining of existing sales volumes.
